Everyone will feel once a while the feelings of fear, and those feelings can operate like a wall, what can latterly stop you from what you where planning to do, what ever that could be. That could be fear for losing a match, or falling for a exam, or freeze you in front of the person who you love.
That makes fear almost like the enemy of living a happy life, because it latterly blocks you for doing what you want to do. But the problem is this, what we latterly feel is a direct result of your interpretation of the reality. That means, you and me could be in the same situation, and see or experience the same thing, but still we will feel different feelings. Because who we are inside of us, will interpret-ate what we see, feel or hear, by the knowledge and wisdom and life experienced what we gathered in life.
One guy could jump between sharks, or walk towards a group lions, while someone else could not even see it on tv. That saying is fear a personal reaction, like a personal battle what could only be won, by the people who are in that fight. And that fight is your rational mind versus your fantasy or imagination.
That makes it not easy to tell someone else, how to overcome his fears. Because nobody really knows what someone else knows, experience or how he will interpret-ate the reality. This means, someone could already be a bridge to far about his expertise to find the right interpret-ate of the reality, and could completely lose his mind by fear, and would latterly freeze to the ground, or could even run away.
It's like they walk around in life with a box around their body's, and a situation is like, someone is removing the box and completely expose the person, who feel naked and afraid and can latterly run away. The problem with those people is, they lost control over their "fight and flee" system in their brain, and let impulsive actions guide them to safety or force them into action!
That saying the way to conquer your fear is to be aware and understand how fear works in your body, and only then it's possible to overcome the feeling of fear. Because fear is a necessary action within our body to warn you for danger, it's not created to guide your life, and that can happen if you don't understand what fear is and how it works.
But if you manage to find that out within you, then you can use fear to make you sharper and wiser, to help you further on your life path . There for it look like that some people don't have fear, but they do because they are human. It's just that some people think different, and there for they don't feel the fear like others do. So the main key to overcome the feeling of fear, is to be aware of what you think. Because fear is a reaction of what you think, you only have to think different or learn how to think different.
This might sounds easy, but keep in mind, how you think on this moment is what you had learned from the past, without knowing that you had learned how to think. That is the reason you feel fear in some situation. So the only thing what you should do is learn yourself how to think different. And if you think that you can't do that, then keep in mind that you had learned how to think without anyone telling you how to think. Then why would you think it could not be possible when someone telling you learn to think different?
