However, it is my hallucination that a 1000 words are worth a billion pictures, because of that beautiful machine that lies between our ears and the visual impact that each word creates in our imagination. The sights, sounds, emotions, and memories that are conjured up from deep within.

Yes, I know it is cliche, but it is an easy way to get this exercise started. Think of all the things this four letter word brings to the table for YOU. It is deeply personal and each experience is unique. Some may be similar, but like fingerprints and snowflakes, each one is their own.

Again, memories and emotions may flood to the surface. Like Yin and Yang, there is a certain amount of white in the black and vice versa. Let's not kid ourselves, nothing is completely pure. It is the cosmic balancing act and the need to truly appreciate one sometimes we compare it the opposite to give us a benchmark to truly experience the event.

You need to define your own benchmarks and that starts with the words that you tell yourself. What do you say to the person you see in the mirror? What words of encouragement do you give yourself when nobody is around?
Think of the vocabulary that lingers in the halls of your mind, body, and soul, moving around like a fog, able to enter even the smallest of cracks to the locked rooms that you attempt to keep safe and sound. So it important that you add to your arsenal a slew of tools of internal fortitude and ammunition of self-empowerment. Your psyche is just another muscle that needs to be exercised on a daily basis. Think how much stronger mentally you can become if you spent as much time working on your mental state as you do at CrossFit.
