The Real Estate market in this area is ridiculous! The prices they have some of these houses listed at is so obnoxious. The town I live in is about 500 people with the outskirts being total country, farmland etc. There are houses in town listed over 200k! Small houses. I just don't see how they can ask so much. Check this house out. This one is in a nearby town, it may have some water rights which of course is going to increase the value a little but they are asking 1.4MILLION $$$ for this!
