We all have goals in life.
We want to achieve or attract certain things, want to meet new people or have places we want to see. The law of attraction is a great way to make those goals happen quick. If you are thinking about something you really want, really need or you just wish you had, the law of attraction comes in. It basically means the more you think about it the more it will become reality. For example, when I wanted to start a more healthier lifestyle and build a body I am happy with, I didn´t know where to start. I was registered in a gym but I couldn´t find the right way to begin chasing my dreams. I was always thinking about where to start, what to eat, which exercises I need to do and so on. One day signs begin to show up into my life. Like advertising of programs to train especially the part of the body I wanted, food meal plans for a better and healthier lifestyle, a new gym in my area and so on...
The programs were always there, the gym wasn´t new and the meal plans weren´t very difficult to find. Everything was already there but it wasn´t visible to me until I started thinking about it.
The great thing about the law of attraction is that you don´t need to be obsessed with something neither getting crazy about it. You just live your life like you normally would but try to think about your goal every now and then.
17 Second Rule | Law Of Attraction
This following 17 second rule was first invented or brought out by Abraham Hicks. If you do not know who she is - she is a motivational speaker and author. She talks a lot about the law of attraction which is very inspiring.
What she basically says - you need to think about something that you want. For example losing 50 pounds of weight. You start to lay down, close your eyes and think about how that would make you feel for 17 seconds. It doesn´t matter what you decide to think about. It could be about having more money, getting better grades, buying a new house or meeting a long missed friend. You just shut your eyes for 17 second and envision it happening.

From there on you start to think about another positive thought. This is where the law of attraction comes into play. The 17 second rule is based on a good thought which leads to another good thought, which then leads to another good thought...
Abraham Hicks always says to time the 17 second rule by 4 which would make 68 seconds and try to do a 68 second meditation every single morning. We all have 68 seconds to lay down and think about our dream goals!
The only challenge is, that it works both ways. If you think about a positive thought, it will lead you to another good thought. But the same goes for negativity. If you think about something bad happening, you are already down. What are the chances to think positive again if you are already at the bottom with your feelings? You start to build up on this mindset and maybe envision a story that is not even true.
You control the thoughts that are floating in your head. It is your decision if it turns into positive or negative.
We are humans and it sometimes happen that we tend to think bad depending on our mood. If you have one of those days, try to challenge yourself and think about something very positive for 17 seconds. It does not need to be connected to your goal. Maybe you feel negative vibes from your goal because it is so far away. - Think about something else! Something that makes you happy. Maybe a funny story your friend just told you or maybe it´s a funny movie. For me it´s the sunset and the ocean. This thought really calms me down and gives me positive vibes.
One of the most important things of the law of attraction is to really envision what will happen. Do not only think about it, try to create a feeling that you would have if your dream comes true.
What I have learned about this 17 second rule is that it helps me to get out of a bad mood instantly. You are in full control of your thoughts and you decide how you feel....
If you can experience it in your mind - you can experience it in your reality
