That morning I was riding a motorcycle with my wife to go to the fish port in Lampulo. As always when the holidays arrived, I accompanied my wife to go shopping for fish. The Port of Lampulo is about 10 kilometers from where we live. We had to leave early to get fresh and cheap fish.
Twenty minutes passed, we arrived at the port of lampulo fish, hundreds of people gathered at the largest fish auction site on the island of Sumatra. I witnessed how busy the fishermen and the people of Aceh were that morning.
Dozens of large and medium-sized fishing boats since early morning have leaned on the port of Lampulo. The boat carried a variety of fisherman catches for several days in the ocean.
The fish are then taken to the mainland to be sold to the people of Aceh, some of which are sold to North Sumatra Province.
Here are some photos of fisherman activities and the people of Aceh at Lampulo fish port Banda Aceh.
