God bless our troops, but in all respect those who served our country should not be living like this. Where did we go wrong?

Or better yet, where did the generations before us go wrong in the mangament of not just our veterans, but America's inner cities. Decades of failed policies and wrong decisions have led America into a tipping point of high debt and sub par economic growth. We're headed into a phase where we're going to have to own up to our mistakes and face the music.
