I have made an observation and in my opinion, most people highly ranked at the work place have relationship issues with their spouses. Not all, I said most. I know of very many C.E.O's who are divorced. I tend to relate that with trust issues. Business does not really focus on trust, it's founded on contracts.
By extension people who are good in business and management tend to detach themselves from any emotional commitment that may affect their rationale.
