Today I've read an article that describes something I experienced, something I could only describe as finding a hidden super power that I always had, just didn’t accept or had any awareness that was there, available all the time. Suddenly I found myself able to do anything that I wanted, there wasn’t space for excuses or laziness. I just knew I could do whatever I want, I broke free of my limitations. There was no space for fear, accepting my full power, and everything that comes with it was the only natural choice.
This is the article: https://journal.thriveglobal.com/31-things-that-will-happen-when-you-finally-decide-to-live-your-dreams-6f62dec8facb
I didn’t write this but it truly resonates with the experience I had, if I try to summarize, it comes down to these quotes:
Believing something is impossible is arrogance. We don’t know what we don’t know. Why put a cap on what’s possible? Why live in the past?
People don’t really realise how arrogant is to say “This isn’t possible for me! No way I can do it…”. It’s a strange type of arrogance, we truly believe that something can’t be done. Most of us already know what we want (at least to some degree), we know what we need to do to achieve basically everything we want. We just don’t do it because we believe it’s not possible for us, we believe that we can’t so we don’t move at all. To justify our arrogant belief we make up all sorts of justifications and excuses.
My advice today is, think how arrogant you are about yourself, be truly sincere. Hopefully you will find out that what was missing to get where you want, was invisible because of your arrogance.
