One of my oldest and dearest friends is getting married
My husband was going to take a couple of days off so we could drive to Oklahoma to go to his wedding. I have know him since I was a baby, I have only known one other person outside my family longer than my friend who is getting married.
His future bride is so sweet and I am very happy he has finally met someone that makes him happy.
Jury duty summons
I guess I shouldn't be surprised with how our luck has been going lately that something would interfere with our plans to go to my dear friends wedding. Like seriously can't get a Jury duty notice for myself who wouldn't have to take off work for it, but now that my husband has to take off for Jury duty they won't let him off the last week of January for the wedding. So we won't get to go to the wedding.
Sending a gift
His soon to be bride loves that her last name is going to be Buck after they get married. So because she is so into the whole Deer theme. I thought what better gift to get them than a personalized cutting board that can be decoration and if they flip it over can be used for a cutting board. But she will get a kick out of the design. I can share this here because neither one of them use this platform yet. But I am planning on sharing it with them but now not till after their gift arrives.
It will say 2018 as they are marrying on the 31st of this month and it will also say Mr and Mrs Buck
I hope they like it. And if they don't they can't say I didn't try.
