Hey guys!
It's my first Vlog. Ever.
I've decided to launch myself into this new practice. Mainly because I've quit smoking and by vlogging I hope that I'll stick to the plan and don't fall off the wagon. Also it's a way to feel accountable. I want to be able to go back and see the progress that I've made and, by doing so, hopefully become stronger.
Let me know what you think of it and, if you see something that I should improve, please let me know in the comments. I want to get better : )
