An Aussie cartoon of the 90's
Another of my favourite cartoons from my childhood, growing up in the 90's in Australia and one I would watch every chance I could while I was at home.
It is formed around the misadventures of a smarter, uptight cat and a goofy, dog with a bit more stupidity to him, but they are joined at the torso which makes cats day all the worse. Having to put up with someone day in and out that is completely opposite to you would be quite a handful for cat but for dog, he just has fun and enjoys his time with cat and what they do.
The show is meant to be one of the weirdest of the 90's cartoons for multiple different questions you wouldn't notice until it was pointed out, or you are older... Things like an episode where cat's head was stuck inside dog's mouth (to which their little walking mouse friend had walked out of his home, saw it, then walked back in), or how would they go to the toilet? Well it isn't something you normally would think about with cartoons but there were a lot of weird moments.
So even through the weirdness of the show, it was super clever and well done, you would enjoy watching it if you haven't before, but remember it is a 90's show, a lot different to what the cartoons of this day and age are like! See if you can find it online to watch and check out some episodes.
There are so many memories from my childhood that I miss and wish I could relive as everything in this day and age isn't so simple with the technology being a part of nearly everything, the way the world is and the way people act.
