A quote from Herbert A. Simon, although that is not where I first heard it. The first time I heard this was from an Assembly of God Pastor in Memphis, TN. Dr. Thomas Lindberg, a man with many great one liners i.e. "You can be so open minded that you're brains may fall out", or "Emotions make wonderful servants, but terrible masters" ; always cleverly placed and wrapped in meaningful context.
He always, even while speaking; seems to have this candid welcoming smile. To my knowledge no one has ever won in a starring contest with him.
The title is where my focus falls today however. There is SO much good, bad, miss, and dis-information out here. It truly is surreal the number of trails available in this life, even more bewildering are the things some people choose to follow or actually exert energy and dedicate time too.
Don't get lost on a rabbit trail, or take too much in at once. A little focus and planning go a long way, but one of the best keys is meditation. A true path to focus.
