Before I get started let me say this, there are different reasons why people become vegetarians. This includes religious convictions, health, concerns about animal welfare or a desire to stop the excessive usage of environmental resources. Some people also adhere and apply vegetarian diet because they can not afford to eat meat.

Prior activity to writing this post was a discussion I had with a great friend. He was happy to report that he is in excellent health, I don't eat meat. My head is clearer, my strength is firmer, and my conscience is freer, for I know I am following the light which God has given us. He spoke confidently about his state of health and that got me asking a lot of questions. Now, I have answers in my opinion.

Firstly, God gave Adam and Eve the food. He had designed for them to eat. Having to take the life of a creature was not in His plan. We have to remember that there was actually no plan for loss of life in Eden. All that man had to eat was fruits of the tress in the garden of Eden.
Flesh was never and would never be the best food. Most of the disease which humans have been suffering from were created by ignorance of their own organic health, and with this they work tirelessly and perseveringly and tear themselves into pieces, which leads to a break down. This break down debilitates the body and mind which prompt a call for medical attention and then they drug themselves to death.

We must understand one thing, the diet of animals is vegetables and grains. The vegetables do not need to be animalized or incorporated into the system of animals before we get them. We are not supposed to obtain our vegetable diets by eating the flesh of dead creatures. Check Genesis 2:16 where God provided fruit in its natural state for our first parents. One animal was not to kill another animal for food.

Vegetables, fruits, and grains should compose our diet. Not even a ounce of flesh meat should enter our stomachs. The eating of flesh is unnatural and we must return to God's original purpose in the creation of man.
Flesh food is injurious to health, and you agree with me that whatsoever affects the body has a directly proportional effect on the mind and the soul.
One the other hand, think of the cruelty to animals the process of meat-eating involves. It basically destroys the tenderness with which we should regard these creatures of God.

All the nutritive properties necessary to make good blood are all continued in grains, fruits, nuts and vegetables as compared to the dispersed supply from flesh diet. Had flesh diet been essential to good health then it would have been included as diet for our first parents.
Parents should discard everything that endangers the moral or physical health of their children. It is well understood that children eat without their parents put in the table. Parents should not place flesh-meat on the table. And if they allow children to eat meat freely, use butter and eggs, then disease in some form will surely result, impairing the health of mind and body. This spirituality is weakened and often destroyed.
