Remind yourself of how special you are.
Before getting out of bed, consciously breathe in Love and breathe out Light.
With each breath, set an intention for the day, week, month and/or year.
Imagine the Light of Source Love filling your heart chakra and your bedroom.
Saturate every place your energy will be in -- your room, your home, your path, your city, your state, your country, the world, the universe, with love.
Say three amazingly loving things to yourself, even if they make you laugh.
If with your lover, then say tremendously wonderful things to them...a loving message, a playful message, a vision for your future, or just a simple I love you.
Then rise, and begin your day with love.
