In today's world, most people jump from one thing to the next one, they don't take time for themselves and often let their decisions be affected by all kinds of short-term stimulations.
Meditation
There are all kinds of meditation, but most people think it is stupid or kinda laugh about it. Since we basically no downtime these days, because everyone is constantly getting messages on their phones etc. I believe it is really important to take a step back and just watch your thoughts for a while.
I do it for 5-10 mins every morning and evening and it really helps me control my thoughts and emotions. Instead of worrying about everything and complaining I can just shut up my inner voice and do the things I have to do.
In general, i think this is a life-changing habit and everybody should try to meditate a few mins each day.
