Just reading the title got me claustrophobic :P
I mean... it's an interesting concept but I have to agree with you:

If I have to live in a housing structure that is going to fall to pieces, such as is shown in their promotional video, then I think I'd rather spend my money on finding a new place to live.

It's kinda silly!
