Accusing media of broadcasting propaganda when PiS was in power, newly elected Polish PM Donald Tusk has forcibly seized TVP in Poland.

"Apparently, Poland is now the scene of a political showdown controlled by the Soros empire. The left has decapitated the public media. Its headquarters were raided by police, and a right-wing politician was injured during the protests and had to be taken to hospital," stated Balazs Orban on his social media."

"The violent takeover of public television by Donald Tusk and his new government is a clear admission that they are not in compliance with the law, Polish journalist Jan Pospieszalski, who hosted a talk show on Poland's public TVP, said in a recent interview."

Andrzej Duda, Poland's President, of the Law and Justice Party, says “These are completely illegal actions,” he said. “This is anarchy.”

On Dec. 19th, 2023, "The heads of TVP, Polish Radio and state news agency PAP were fired [by] the new Tusk-led coalition dismissing TVP as a propaganda channel that had been aligned with the Law and Justice (PiS) party – the nation’s previous ruling administration."

"Tusk, who is leading Poland for the second time and is a former European Council President, was voted in last week by lawmakers two months after the election, which saw PiS get the most votes but fail to find a parliamentary majority. PiS had been in charge for the previous eight years."

Pretty heavy hit for a minority party. Some very Machiavellian politicking must have been going on behind the scenes during the last couple months to prevent PiS, that actually got the most votes, from forming a government and put Tusk and the globalists in power. Reminds me of Missouri vs Biden, that is today legally barring the USG from censoring Americans through pressure on social media corporations, even though the First Amendment states categorically censoring Americans not permitted the USG. Since that court order is barring the FBI, DOJ, and other federal law enforcement agencies from committing that crime and treason, the question occurs to me: who is enforcing that court order? Do we really expect crooked cops to police themselves?

We have county sheriffs, and they are Constitutionally empowered, unlike federal cops, and answer to the people of their counties through being elected by popular vote. I guess that's what we have left to enforce laws federal cops are breaking.
