Been a while since I posted. Thanks for your patience while I research things. However, this popped up in my feed today, and I thought lotsa folks would be interested to know what's cooking on the back burner while sensational riots and pretend plagues draw our attention elsewhere.
Simon Black is a reasonable guy, and often brings things to my attention with his daily blog posts as he did here this attempt to create backdoors in every encryption used today, or in the future. As he points out, this would make your crypto the governments crypto, and soon enough every hacker worth his salt's crypto, because 'Not your keys, not your crypto', and this LEAD act creates a government database of keys to everybody's crypto wallets.
Doesn't that sound safe?
No, it doesn't. N. Korean, Chinese, Russian, Israeli, and every other team of hackers on the planet is salivating at the prospect of having fat, juicy government databases to plunder - to get your money.
Don't reckon we oughta let this fly, unless we wanna become dependents of the USG and UBI without any ability to own personal assets at all going forward. It's becoming clear that fiat is going to be eliminated before long, and we're all going to be forced to migrate to Fedcoin, which governments, banks, and other assorted mouthbreathers will be able to turn off at will, transforming honest Americans into starving, homeless wretches overnight at their sole options.
Take a stand, or they'll stand to take all you own from you.
