THE OLD TOWN
The Old Town of Plovdiv is a neighbourhood which has retained its old relic style, dating back to 100 years.
It is a tourist attraction point for tourists around the world and today we will explore and have a look at what it has to offer.
Note: This is just a small portion of the whole neighbourhood.
THE STREETS
The streets of the old town are made out of hand formed, crafted stones .
They have trenches carved in the middle of the roads to deal with flooding.
The buildings are dating more than 100 years back in time and most of them are museums, which I will make an article about in depth in the future.
ANTIQUE SHOPS
The old town is full of antique shops, selling collection of old stuff that could be found back in the time in almost every Bulgarian household. The antique shops are actually houses filled with all sorts of cool stuff.
