This weekend our house has been sold. We got a offer we just couldn't refuse;)
In Holland the house-market is quite tensed at the moment, which means there are a few houses for sale and there are a lot of people searching for a new house. (just like we do). I was a bit suprised by the speed of our house being sold and under great conditions. We have to leave the house the first of june 2019, so we still have some time to search ourselves a new home :) (Which is quite a challenge at the moment).
The feeling of the house being sold it quite odd to be honest, it is now more definitive... Strange Feeling, the house where both our sons grew up... But I know for sure we will find us a great new home together.
The fact of the house being sold gives you more freedom and options to act instantly when a other house presents itself...
Again some exciting times will come :)
