Happiness isn’t always permanent, but there are ways to keep it up
These are just some suggestions to boost your mood:
Listen to music.
Meditate; meditation benefits are endless, it will help you clearing your mind .
Make some new challenges.
One of the ways to make yourself happy is to make other people happy;
Smile to people, Take care of your friends, visit your grandparents or one of your relatives,
Participate in charities, enroll in an association; help a poor family …
Sometimes small actions make big changes.
Try to be yourself; it’s useless to make the hypocrite because by the time the disguise will fall and all what you have just built will fall with.
