If we want to be mentally strong we need to motivate ourselves that it is needed for our betterment.We first made sure that we will not moan for the past,we will see the past as training and we will learn from mistakes.Mentally strong does not mean that we can show our emotions, but to be strong at the toughest time and think positively that we could pass this tough time too.To be mentally strong we need to balance our thoughts that we have accept good with the bad.We need to keep in mind that if anything goes wrong we will sort that out.We do not need to worry about mistakes or future because if we learn from our mistakes than our future will be better and if we are mentally strong we can survive under pressure.Mental strength is not a innate quality we have to achieved with time and patience.Mental strength only requires positive attitude towards life when we are under pressure and believing in ourselves that we can face the challenges with smile.So be strong and punch the challenges of life with double force if it tries to knock you down.
