I'm sorry, I am not talking about food 😁
I meant what it is in your heart that you want?
Last night, I was strolling around with my family in Imago, KK and saw an advertisement about the mall. It was there in the middle of the mall where I saw this question “what does your heart craves?
It made me think. I know that my heart craves a lot of things but the most important thing that my heart craves (apart from spiritual guidance) is these;
1. To have our own paradise call “home”
When I was just a teenager, I’d always wish that one day, if I’ve got married, I could have a place on my own called home where I could live with my family happily ever after. It is normal for a woman to think that way, isn’t it?
I am so blessed that is thinking the same as I did. So early in 2015, we started our little project.
One step at the time, we hired an architect to draw us a plan for our dream house. Although we bought an apartment, it is just not our dream. Our dream is to build our own home based on our own design from the ground up.

It was a struggle for us to see our dream home to be completed based on our expected time as we face various problems from workers, financial, etc.
But nothing can stop our dream, we're determined to push through our little project no matter what. To see it through, it requires a lot of patience, determination and never to lose focus on our dreams and hope.
At one point, we do not have workers to finish our little dream and had to work by himself. Slow but at least something shaping towards our dream. It was a huge learning curve for us all, especially for
.

We do have a target when the house should be completed but there was a change of priority as little Matthew enter our life almost two years ago.
Deep in my heart, I do wish that we could celebrate Christmas last year at our new house but the time hasn’t come, yet. We hope everything will get sorted out this year, in time for Christmas.
2. Beyond than us against the world
We got married in 2008 and last February, Daniel and I celebrated our 10th year wedding anniversary in Taiwan.
We were childless couple for 8 years. We travel around extensively creating lots of memories for ourselves as a couple. It was serious fun, and we both have a saying “you and me against the world, forever”. But deep in our heart, we wanted to have a child of our own.
God is truly merciful and loving, eventually, in time we had . Then all interest change, he became our everything.
Little Matthew will turn 2 years old in April. We are very lucky, he is a healthy and a smart young boy.
We even created steemit account for him, thinking that it would be an awesome college fund for him in the future. 😄
Our hope as parents is that we raise him well and can provide all his need and the best for him. So long he grows up healthy , well-mannered, kind and humble is all that matters to us.
from day 1 to 24 months old 😘
So again I ask, what does your heart crave?
Well, whatever it may be, I hope you get it eventually. One thing I learn from this life experiences is the need to stay positive especially in days when everything seems to be against us.
Prayers, unending determination and courage to stay on course despite whatever bumps along the way is needed and helps you through the finish line one step at the time .
Not everything we plan will go accordingly. Life is simply just like that. Its perfection depends on how you look at it. Life challenges are part of it to help you with reflection and put you on course, it adds colors and makes it all worthwhile.
I hope life treats you kind and blessed you as much it did us.
