.. better life. The key to living a good life is good choices in our daily actions.
For instance, sleeping early is a good plan to have a strong mind. Keeping hydrated, keeps your skin shine with optimism and confidence. Meditation makes the mind strong and resilient. Talking to our love ones is also equally important.
These are the simple cheat sheet of a good life. Nothing more nothing less.
In my case, I have reduced my sugar consumption by cutting my purchases of soda products. This choice, which requires tremendous discipline, has made me feel young again. I feel less haggard and was not sleepy most of the time.
In the coming months, I am planning to reduce some of the following:
- Cellphone usage - reduce my daily consumption of internet information
- Less coffee - once a week if possible
- More water - to keep my brain smarter.
As for this month, I was able to reduce sugar consumption. And I feel positive results in my body. For March, I'll try to exercise number 1.
