No Snoozing
When you snooze, you lose. You can not allow yourself to hit that snooze button. Not hitting the button is the commitment to yourself. You are starting the day the minute that the alarm goes off. In order to stay discipline when that alarm goes off get up right away and start moving around.
Lemon Water Can Really Improve Your Morning
When you get up, have a glass of water with lemon. This begins the hydration of your body. Understand even though you are asleep for 6 - 8 hours, your body is becoming dehydrated. Keep a pitcher of room temperature water and lemons on hand, and each morning, squeeze the juice from half a lemon into a cup of water. Further, water with lemon has a whole lot of other benefits to it.
Write Out Your Goals
Writing out your goals in the morning gives you your purpose of why you are pushing yourself. Make sure your goals are in details, make it very descriptive example: I have a chrome blue 2016 Lamborghini Aventador with black interior... These are your goals, you can have whatever you want, as long as you put your mind to it. Claim it, write them down and make it be in your face.
Morning Work-Outs
Morning work outs are the best, they get your blood flowing first thing in the morning. It wakes your body and mind up. Keep in mind, yeah you got to go to work so you want to keep your work out within 30-45 minutes if you are pressed for time. Now think about it, not only are you awakening yourself, boosting metabolism, blood flowing, body moving, but you are also taking care or maintaining your aesthetic goals. Win, win situation.
I personally do these things in the morning. My mind has become more clearer. I have more energy, right from the beginning of the day. The results of this is momentum through out the entire day. Everyone is different, but everyone needs morning rituals life hacks, what's yours?
