Stop motion animation is the process of turning still images into video. Michael creates his videos at 15 frames per second or 900 pictures per minute. Every time an object is moved, a picture is taken, and this process is repeated to create an animation.
Back in 2005, Michael began to make stop motion videos. In 2009 he noticed that his videos containing Lego brand were much more popular than his other videos. His Lego Arcade video that features a bunch of classic arcade games, including Frogger, Pacman, Space Invaders, and Asteroids has more than 11 million views.
He openend a new YouTube channel, and started creating Lego stop motion videos exclusively. This channel is close to reaching 1 million subscribers in the near future. His videos are getting increasingly better each time.
