Nice one.. The W.H.O recommends exclusive breastfeeding for the first few months and complementary feeing afterwards. Meaning in addition to breast milk you introduce the baby to other feed.. Breastfeeding has Been shown to be advantageous as well as increasing the I.Q of the baby by a great percentage when prolonged for as long as possible..
