Since I was young, I could not resist natures call for me to walk in it and soak up all it's beauty. Today nature is in her spring and blooming with all her might. As I walk through wilderness, the birds are singing and the forest floor is rustling with chipmunks and squirrels!
Is it time to take a hike?
It comes as no surprise that hiking can keep us fit and healthy, but spending time in nature can also help rejuvenate our minds body and mind. Studies show that it can reduce stress and helps child behaviour problems.
Today's hike took approx 3 hours into a very remote place in Canada. If it wasn't for the rain, I would have certainly stayed all day!
Yes it's nice to see pictures of famous mountains, waterfalls, canyons, famous buildings and sites around the world. The thing is, is that I've seen thousands of pics of that and it gets redundant. As you can tell I admire the small things in nature that nobody has ever taken a picture of or has even seen.
