There's this old Igbo proverb my people have
Agbako agbako ñuo mmamiri, o gbaa ofufu
Literally it means...
When many gather to urinate, the urine is sure to foam
Hilarious right?
Well at first glance it is pretty funny, but when you read between the lines, you'll see the deepness.
THERE'S STRENGTH IN NUMBERS
And you can't have those numbers without making them.
Family, friends...enemies, they are what stay with you in sickness and in health, till death do you part (or till the government turns us all into cyborgs).
Family doesn't have to be biological, it can be anyone, anywhere. It can be that kid that smiles and waves at you everytime you leave your house, the old lady, your spiritual director... anyone.
It can be Steemit(Steemit is a really great family)
All I'm trying to say is wherever you are, keep these relationships strong, and if you don't have them, make them. Make time for these relationships, no man is an island and you can't do everything on your lonesome.
United we stand, divided we fall
*And.... *
Keep your friends close and your enemies closer ( if they aren't there, in whose presence would God prepare a table for you)😃.
Just me rambling. Good day fellas.😉
You know the drill guys. Lol.
You can Comment, Upvote, Resteem.
