As soon as you look down, your whole body cringe and buckled. You get cold sweat, sweaty palms and your knees starts to shake wildly.
The brain sends signals to your organs that you're in danger so you sense this unbearable feeling of fear or is it fear? It's just uncomfortable that's all... If you try to look upwards its becomes much worst (for me that is) as you know how far it is to the top cause you can see it and you know which floor you're on.
Your mind starts to play tricks on you like make you think you're about to fall or lose your balance. No matter what you do but every time you're more than 20 feet up, this fear sets in.
What is your strategies to overcome this?
