Pray Without Ceasing
I always make this mantra as my self-motivation in times when I'm down and in trouble because of inevitable difficulties in life. Remembering that there is nothing impossible with God, my last hope is to pray.It is said that in every problem, there can be 1,001 solutions and perhaps one solution is enough to solve. So, in times of endeavor I have to find ways to the best that I can and I entrust the Lord to do the rest.
I heard from the homily of a priest that when we pray without ceasing, the Lord feels like the parents of a child who never stops in asking for something like toys, clothes, etc. until a parent will buy the requested items. So with God, he sees the desires of our heart when we never stop praying and He will give it in the proper time.
