in a lot of cases I think that's because they don't really know what that dream job really is, in order to have a dream. there's a lot of self-reflection, self-awareness and just plain getting to know yourself that has to take place beforehand.
And unfortunately, with so many folks in the daily grind and in survival mode, it's not a line of thought that comes up too often. Know thyself <3
