Whether living to 200 would be desirable or not would have to do with the process of aging. If aging was spread out evenly over the 200 years, it would be more acceptable. But if you still started having aging issues at say, 70 years of age, it would not be desirable to live 130 more years!
70 would have to be like life is now in our mid twenties, with exuberant health and stamina, to make living to 200 acceptable.
