Another great clip taken from a full episode of the Human Performance Outliers Podcast. I've always loved hearing from Dr. Ted Naiman on all of the different podcasts I listen to, and he's recently written a book with William Shewfelt called The PE Diet all about the concept of Protein Energy Ratio. This clip is a good crash course to see if the idea is something you find interesting or not.
