My experienced:
It was almost 3 years ago that was so fresh in my mind still. I came from vacation but one of my good staff approached & talked to me heartily that he needs to resign due to family business and his mother was sick. I was so emotional that night and we bought prayed for God's leading. I was so down when I went home thinking that I have big targets that need to accomplish that year in the branch that I am working. I really cried that night and sleepless. I prayed to God that evening. Early morning I received a text from my missionary friend name Philip Johnston from UK that is very unusual it is seldom that he text. A simple text that I received with a verse Isaiah 41:10 that change my mind and heart that day I am renewed immediately. I replied to my friend, brother thank you for the message i need it today. I am so bothered my staff will resign immediately and have many targets in work to do. He replied "God will never resign for you. Around 5am that my strenght renewed that morning and little excited even sleepless because I remember that verse Isaiah 41:10 was the favorate verse of my staff who will resign. In fact that verse was printed at the back of his motorcycle. I rushed to the office and looking for my staff and want to see his motorcycle for a confirmation and when i see it I told to myself fear not. I called up for a meeting and talked to my staff that I am willing to approve his resignation and share something happen about his favorate veree that turns out to be my favorate verse also then my staff cried.
