Just started doing power cleans again. My freshman year in college I was putting up 295 on hang cleans. It has been about 8 years and haven't been cleaning much since. I bought a bar and some rubber weights and set them up in my basement. I have kids now and never have time to get to the gym. My goal is to get to 315 in 6 months. I'm just putting out into the universe because I heard that was supposed to help. I hit 235 5 times yesterday and am starting to get excited about lifting again. Just have to save up some money to get some more weights because 235 is all the weight I have. Wish me luck!!
