+++The position of lights is connected to your level of eye-fatigue at your house. For a relaxed mind all your lights must be fixed to the roof so that your eyes do not meet the lights directly. Secondly your lights must be covered with some kind of glass that distributes the light well. The cover should be such that reduces the glare of lights. You will easily find such covers in the market. Glaring lights always make our eyes and our mind tired. So we should also make sure that our study table does not have a shiny surface. When we use table lamp we must not use it in complete darkness because that will cause fatigue and confusion. Instead our room must also be lit well while we use the table lamp.
