This is a difficult one for me, as I do not have enemies that I know of.
I have always been a people person, and love talking to anyone; I might have enemies that I do not know of.
Here on steemit I have made so many friends, and can honestly say that I have never met anyone here that I did not like. I have a few people who visit me every day, and I enjoy seeing them here.
There are so many of them who struggle a bit with English and I, really do not care as I cannot say one word in their mother tough, so how can I criticise or complain.
It is so wonderful to meet people all over the world and talk to them. We do not judge anyone here, as they all have their own religion, culture and more.
Yet we all get along like a house on fire.
The bible does say love your enemies and I do understand why.
God said love your neighbour; do not judge so how can you not love your enemies.
There are places where we disagree on certain sport, and represent different teams, but that is in good sport.
We will say I do not like your team, or I am so glad we won you at this or that. To me that’s not really enemies as fun is made of these enemies in a nice way.
Then if you have enemies because they are against your religion, it is their problem. God also said if you are being prosecuted for this, you will be under my care and those who die in my name will see the Kingdom of Heaven.
Take Daniel who was put into a cage with lions, and all they did was lie down and left him alone.
The same with walking through fire, it will not burn you as I will be with you.
These are enemies, that could make life difficult, but if your belief in God is what it should be you will always be safe.
If everyone does follow all these things that God want us to do, the world would have been such a better place.
Why must everyone look for trouble, just watch the news? To me it has become sickening. Here where I am writing now they have just talked about sexual assault of people in high positions.
Why not just be a good person. These things upset me because they are in the government and all the high places where children should be looking up to them. It is like showing your children, war movies or age restricted movies.
You cannot even let children watch the news because it is sickening and sad.
Politics over the world has become like the enemy of the people, who can be trusted. I have no idea anymore.
So in these last few days writing about "light the world", I really wonder what is happening to the world.
Maybe I am just getting old, but I am sure that when we were younger the world was a better place.
Life has been good to me and all I have here, where I am, is love from everyone.
I am so happy to be able to say that I do love my enemies as I do not have any.
