"I'd like to go there!" she said excitedly upon noticing the artificial waterfalls while they were on the amphitheater deck. So they strolled down until they reached the bridge walkway, which got them thinking whether they should take it or the staircase.
They took the stairs. First, it was empty, and second, they wanted to challenge their legs by going down and then walking the uphill path. That should be a nice workout to strengthen their calves.
The view from down there was simply amazing. And so slowly, they strolled along that paved path, breathing in as much pine-flavored air on the way.
Alas, they got closer to the falling water!
And they even went under it.
No, they didn't drench, for the falling water was too distant, lol! But yes, it felt nice and cool in there.
While they wished to stay a little longer, there were other things to see and do, so they marched away, this time, taking the bridge for a different view.
There were a few people down there, some meditating in nature by sitting in the garden, others walking, pace so slow, not rushing.
Them?
They climbed up the little trail.
And they took a quick stopover at the WC, which looked like tiny cottages.
They wanted a little break from walking, so they decided to check out the Marahuyo Cafe. But nothing in its menu piqued their interest, so off they went to the diner ahead, where they enjoyed some sweet delights under the deck.
They exited the place after the snacks and waited for the cart to bring them to where they parked. But the drivers say senior folks are their priorities, so slowly, they trekked the steep path, one foot in front of the other, until they reached the top.
And there ended their fun adventure in the beautiful Mt. Camisong Eco Park. Maybe one day, they will find their way to it again :)
