I have been taking a supplement containing Lion’s Mane mycelium for a month or so now. I saw a video recently where Paul Stamets, the mushroom guru, talks about the nearly miraculous recovery his mom experienced when she began using Lion’s Mane.
Well, as is my wont, I would rather grow stuff than buy a processed product so I purchased a grow kit from Everything Mushrooms.
It is doing quite nicely.
But now I am in a quandary as to how, and how much of the actual mushroom is approximately equivalent to what I’ve been taking.
I would like to find a way to use it without cooking as I eat mostly raw. Optimally, using in, or rather with all the other stuff I put into my daily 1/2 gallon of green tea.
This old vegan sure would be grateful for ideas.
