Poem | Cigarette

Cigarette.

^{Constant inhalation
of a poison that is deadly
sweet bitter taste
stimulates me, calms me down.}

^{Smooth textured vice
sensation vessel
constant dizziness
before me, death.}

^{I play with it,
hidden in smoke
puffs in the gentle breeze,
I vanish.}

^{I have consumed a cigarette,
I have fallen into that temptation
what do I have to do to quit?
All that is left is to light the flame and exhale...}
