Magandang buhay. Hello from Ilocandia❤️
It's the fourth and last day of our family escapade since the kids will be going back to school tomorrow, and so the beach it is!
We were supposed to be dipping in Pagudpud with its white sand, beautiful shores and all, but the weather did not permit it. High tide, rainy and very windy, so we ran away from the place after spending only a night, lol!
Thankfully, we found a nice lil resort, and we own the whole place since yesterday evening. The children are pleased, and our little boy is loving his moments too, which made me ask kinda stupidly, "Do dogs have memories?"
"Of course they do! Otherwise, Yongi wouldn't recognize you," the husband answered. "Yes they have," my sister seconded. Yeah, yeah. They do have short-term and long-term memories. And we are happy to be adding more fun to our boy's memory box.
It's quite amusing to see how he tries to adjust to every situation we get him into. This was him hiding between wicker chairs, as he listened to his cousins sing in the karaoke😅 At least he didn't bark or growl. Good boy, eh!
Him guarding the door to our room while his dada was still out last night. He refused to climb to bed until the dad came in.😊
This was him observing the surroundings quietly as he sat on my shoulder while we rested on the rocking chair after dinner.
And him giving a big yawn just after he woke up this morning.
And eating his wee treat to kickstart his day. He is going to be swimming to his heart's content!
And I'll always stay with him to hopefully witness and document his wee antics. Yeah, I'd be barefoot on the beach for the rest of the day.
So here's to a fun weekend from the Heritage Haven of the North!
