For those that know me you are aware of my beliefs. Those things that I stand for. You are also aware of those things that I will not stand for. Like oppression, hate speech, bullying, degrading of anyone, especially women. They also know there is no human, man nor woman who will ever cause me to be humiliated regardless of their wealth or their position in society. I will only be humiliated by one and only one entity, that being The Great Creator of this Universe.
It is my belief that all Humans, in fact all living things are created equal. We all will fight to the last breath in order to survive.
And those that are weak or sickly and can not defend themselves will and should be protected by those who are capable to do so.
Yes I am old, some might even say feeble, but if I consider you my friend and you need help, I will be there to stand beside you. I as a child was taught to respect, not just people but all things, that family came first, then community, then country.
Those who I follow in this Steemit community, I follow for a reason. I will not even consider a follow for follow post, nor will I consider a female poster who has no respect for her self. I have said it before, that I would have a difficult time here. Yes I fully understand that everyone is different, but I will not compromise my beliefs, my integrity, my morals, just to entice followers in order to gain financially.
I refuse to kiss anyone's butt, I refuse to grovel or to beg. I will choose to follow those who in my eyes hopefully have similar principles.
After reading this, should you feel that you do not want to continue following me, I will understand, no hard feelings, I wish you well in your endeavours.
Yes today Billytwohearts is saddened, l lost a follower, possibly a few, and yes it has affected me deeply. I do not know the reason why this follower left, I can only assume they had their reasons. If I have personally offended them I am TrueType sorry. I will only wish them the best of all things in their future journey.
