I have had a terrifying day or should say we have all had a terrifying day. I woke up with so many pains that kept me in bed most of the morning. Hubby got home from work at lunch time. He checked in me then got ready for his game of Golf with his brother. I had my youngest daughter here to look after me.
Once hubby left I made my way downstairs with my daughters help. We were going to have a binge watch on Ghost Adventures. But something else way more important and scary happened
I was sitting watching Ghost Adventures when my pregnant daughter text to say she was concerned about bean. Bean is usually very active kicking her and making sure mummy doesn't forget she is there. Today there was nothing, no kicking no moving. Jess followed instructions that the midwife gave her, lie on her side, eat something, take a bath, put music on still nothing. She phoned her midwife who made her an emergency appointment for her at the hospital. I live an hour away so couldn't do anything to help, her partner was there to give her some support and drive her to the hospital. We were in the edge of our seats waiting for news expecting the worse and worrying about my daughter would cope. It was a good half an hour drive to the hospital, thankfully the roads were clear and they got straight through. It was an emergency appointment so will get an straight away once they arrive. She text me when she arrived to let me know she was there now we had to wait until they finished the tests.
My youngest daughter had planned to go out for a meal then go watch a film at the cinema but she couldnt leave the house until she found out if bean was OK. Her boyfriend sat with us. I had phoned hubby when he was on the Gulf course, he was worried sick so came straight home. We waited for 30 minutes until we heard anything, the longer it was taking the more stressed out I was becoming. I then get a text saying She's OK. Nurse said she is still finding her routine. Bean was having a chill day, My daughter should start feeling more of a routine with her kicks and movements soon. My daughter is now home relaxing with a nice long cold drink of water and a few nibbles.
I am breathing again, so thankful this os over with good news. I prayed for good news but bad news kept coming up, what if, I Darenth think how my daughter would cope with that.
Thankfully everything is ok, Now its just the waiting for bean to appear and for us all to meet her. I can't wait.
Thank you for visiting. 💟💟
