Wife Lost Password On Steemit Account

So, my wife just created a steemit account yesterday. She made a post.
Then left. The steemit browser logged her out automatically.

Hours later, she can't log back in. She did not click on 'save password' on Firefox. Firefox security saved password is blank. She did not write down or copy paste the password to notepad, etc. She don't know the password.

The confirmation approval email from STEEMIT will not give the same password. Clicking on the link says that username is used.

Her handle is -scratch that- WAS Hive account@proudmom. She doesn't want to buy another phone or get new phone number.

She's sad.
