Kopassus
The Special Forces Command, abbreviated as KOPASSUS, is part of the main Command (KOTAMA) combat held by the Indonesian Army. KOPASSUS has special skills such as fast-moving in every field, shooting precisely, reconnaissance, and anti-terror. The capability of 1 KOPASSUS is equal to 8 TNI.
KOpaska
The Frog Troop Command or better known as KOPASKA was established on 31 March 1962 by President Soekarno to support the military campaign in Irian Jaya. KOPASKA has 3,000 troops. One group at West Fleet in Jakarta, and one group at East Fleet in Surabaya. Their main tasks are to storm the enemy ships and bases, destroy the underwater installations, prepare seizure of the beach and amphibious landing operations. The capability of 1 Kopaska person is equivalent to 24 TNI.
