Day 33 - Up and down!

Today has been a strange day. I've felt okish early on then in the afternoon my mood went down. I had things to do in town but I had this kind of lonely feeling which I have had recently in the last few months.
In the early afternoon I decided to do a bit of heart math technique where you basically think about something loving while breathing slowly and focusing on your heart. I did this for about 15 minutes and it did feel very good! It is something I am going to try and keep doing at least once every day as I think it will really help.
I also did 5 minutes of transformational breathing which I have been doing every day for the last couple weeks.
Tomorrow I am going to be going on a Transformational breath retreat for a few days. I am nervous and excited about it and really hope it can help me with things I'm going through in my life at the moment. I will be making posts about my experience on this retreat.
Ok still need to do my mirror excercise but will again do that before bed.
