Basically because of its original intent and what it was initially meant to accomplish and achieve. Purposely planned purification and purging of the polluted + pharmaceutical poisoned planetary people’s populaces. Politically – psychologically + physiologically. Otherwise obscene objectionable offenders or officials, would simply just go back to doing their devilish dicey dealings of demonic deceits. The collective citizenry continues on with their self-serving civic causes and commerce and commuting to and from inner-city urban areas to suburban subsections of selfish segregation – separation into secret secluded sophisticated snobbish societies. Business as usual without any positive changes. Carefree citizens carrying contagious consciousness and a criminally corrupted conscience. Never detected or discovered doing destructive damages.
