The law of writing and reviewing
Write your vision, make it plain , read and run with it, then review it from time to time. As we learn to visualize our goals, we must learn to write them as though we have not only visualized it but we have also actualized it.
Murphy wrote a book in 3rd grade titled “My Swimming Life.” He wrote: “I hope my swimming life continues and I become an Olympian when I grow up. I hope I will break the world records. I want to be the best swimmer in the world”.
Ryan Murphy went on to win 3 olympic gold medal and he also set a new world record in the 100m backstroke just like he wrote in his book when he was 8 years old!
Here’s what he could say about the book:
“If you get to see the book, the drawings are terrible, but the mentality was there from a very young age,” he said. “That’s part of what propelled me to this stage.” Murphy said in an interview in 2016 after winning the gold medal.
One of the basic key to success is to be able to illustrate our ideas and aspirations on a sheet of paper. Writing down our goals and aspirations is your minds way of affirming and confessing your future .
