What is Valentine's Day?
Valentine's Day is an annual festival to celebrate romantic love, friendship and admiration. Every year on 14 February people celebrate this day by sending messages of love and affection to partners, family and friends. Couples send Valentine's Day cards and flowers and spend special time together to honour their love for each other.

History of Valentine's Day.
Valentine's Day is named after Saint Valentine, a Catholic priest who lived in Rome in the 3rd Century. There are many stories about St Valentine and over time these stories grew into the legend we know today. Eventually Valentine was found out and jailed for his crimes against Claudius. While imprisoned, Valentine cared for his fellow prisoners and also his jailor's blind daughter. Legend has it that Valentine cured the girl's blindness and that his final act before being executed was to write her a love message signed ‘from your Valentine'. Valentine was executed on 14 February in the year 270. At the time of Valentine's life, many Romans were converting to Christianity, but the Emperor Claudius II was a pagan and created strict laws about what Christians were allowed to do. Claudius believed that Roman soldiers should be completely devoted to Rome and therefore passed a law preventing them from marrying. St Valentine began to marry these soldiers in secret Christian ceremonies and this was the beginning of his reputation for believing in the importance of love.
As we celebrate the love month I just want to share my love.
When I was studying in Cebu Technological University
, i didnt expect that I found the Girl that beats my heart.
In first I attracted to her friend, so i get close at her named "Mercy" so that i can make a move to her friend. She always bullied me because i can't court her friend because I was shy to court to her friend, but i didn't know that she is also attracted at me. Every night we always talk or having a chat and sleep at late. And she taught me how to court to her friend. And when the day i have a confidence to court to her friend i was failed and hurt because her friend told me that she has a boyfriend. And was discourage and full of sadness but i was lucky Mercy is always there for me. She is the one who comfort me until i moved on. And i realized why i will go to another girl if there's a girl who always there for me. And i attracted to Mercy and courted her.
And now we are in 5th year and still counting. She is the one, the one who comfort me when I'm down, the one who loved me the most, the one who always support me and the one that makes me special. I was failed before but God make a better plan and give a better person.
Love to me is someone telling me, I want to be with you for the rest of my life. And if you needed me to I'd jump out of plane for you.
